I just purchased a 39' Concordia Yawl and will be changing my focus to a substantial restoration job/project.I'm asking $23,500.00 which comes with the dolly, sails (no rips), and an extra CST mast. I'll even deliver it to Florida for the race. This boat was built correctly. I've been doing construction of and on since 1978.
